U.S. stocks rose over Wednesday trading session as Wall Street indices ended the session higher.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ S&P 500 ended the day up by 18.43 points or 0.41% higher to 4,556.62. While ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Dow 30 closed higher and up by 184.74 points or 0.53% to 35,273.03 and ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Nasdaq added 65.88 points or 0.46% higher to 14,265.86.

Investors seem to take positive cue from the recent economic data ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ In the week ending 18 November, U.S. Initial Unemployment Insurance Claims dropped to 209K compared to previous figure 233K (revised from 231K) according to Department of Labor.

– ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ U.S. Michigan Index of Consumer Sentiment in November exceed forecast and rose to 61.3 points compared to previous figure 60.4 points in October.
– ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ U.S. UoM 5-year Consumer Inflation Expectation in November unchanged at 3.2% compared to previous report in October. The actual figure is also in lineย with the forecast.
– ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ U.S. Durable Goods Orders in October exceed forecast and dropped to -5.4% compared to previous figure 4.6, revised from 4.7% in September.

Wall Street Top Gainers, Losers and Active Stocks

Top two gainers in the last trading session include agilon health Inc (AGL) as the stock surged 7.55% to 11.83 while Trip.com Group Ltd ADR (TCOM) added 6.56% to 34.93.

Losers include Urban Outfitters Inc (URBN), erasing -12.37% from its share price to 31.82 and Dlocal Ltd (DLO) dropped -7.55% to 17.38.

Elsewhere, most active counters were Tesla Inc (TSLA), NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) and Advanced Micro Devices Inc (AMD).
